What we process, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond.
You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.
Cookies
Cookies needed to run the site are always active. Everything else — analytics and advertising — only runs if you accept it in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookies" link in the footer.
Server logs
Our host records your IP address, browser, operating system, referring page and the time of each request. This keeps the site running and secure. Logs are deleted after 90 days.
Contact form
When you send us an enquiry we process your name, email address, company and message in order to reply. Submissions are delivered to us by email via EmailJS.
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a contract for 12 months. Where a contract follows, we keep the correspondence for the duration of the contract plus three years.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) — our interest in answering you.
Email, telephone and WhatsApp
If you contact us directly, we process your message and contact details to respond. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, which processes message metadata including your phone number. If you prefer to avoid this, use email or telephone.
Booking a meeting
We use Calendly to schedule meetings. If you book, Calendly processes your name, email address and time zone on our behalf. Data may be transferred to the United States; Calendly is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Privacy notice: calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice
Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3YZLG292Q4), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. IP addresses are shortened before processing, and email addresses appearing in URLs are removed.

Google Ads
With your consent we use Google Ads to measure which advertisements bring people to our site. This uses cookies set by Google Ireland Limited. We do not receive information that identifies you personally.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.
Hosting and delivery
The site is hosted by Cyberfolks S.A. (cyberfolks.ro), Romania, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. We use Cloudflare, Inc. to deliver the site and protect it against attacks, which involves processing your IP address and connection data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers outside the EU
Some of the services above transfer data to the United States. Google, Cloudflare and Calendly are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as providing adequate protection in July 2023. Where that framework does not apply, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
All connections to this site are encrypted with TLS.

We may update this policy. The current version is always shown here, with the date of last revision at the top.
